Mithi Gobindram Public School celebrated the auspicious festival of Raksha Bandhan with great reverence and enthusiasm. The students of Class 3 A, B, and C presented a series of cultural activities, expressing their understanding of Indian values and traditions through a variety of performances.
The program commenced with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra and Guru Mantra, setting a peaceful and spiritual tone for the celebration.
Devansh Khushalani of Class 3B delivered a well-articulated speech, highlighting the significance of Raksha Bandhan in promoting the values of protection, trust, and familial bonding.
A group song was presented by the students, celebrating the emotional bond shared between siblings and the cultural relevance of the festival.
This was followed by a short skit, through which the students showcased the spirit of Raksha Bandhan and its message of mutual respect and commitment among family members.
The celebration concluded with a group dance performed by students of Class 3 A, B, and C, which brought vibrancy and joy to the event, reflecting the festive spirit of the occasion.
The entire program was compered confidently by Bhavishya Himthani and Armaan Tahlyani, who ensured the smooth flow of the event with clarity and grace.
All performances were prepared and presented solely by the students of Class 3, reflecting their creativity, discipline and enthusiasm.
The program was graced by the Principal, Shri A. N. Manikandan, who appreciated the efforts of the young performers and stated,
"Such events not only enhance cultural awareness among students but also foster emotional intelligence and team spirit."
The school was privileged by the presence of Secretary Shri Ghanshyam Bulchandani, Academic Coordinator Shri Gopal Girdhani, and Vice Principal Mrs. Rekha Kewlani, whose constant encouragement and support contributed to the success of the program.
